摘要
提出四阶段法与总量控制法相结合的区域干线公路网交通量综合预测法，并针对公路网特点就交通分配方法进行的改进、由部分路段交通量预测ＯＤ量的重力模型法，规划年度ＯＤ量预测等问题进行了分析和研究，最后以黑龙江省国道网为例应用了所提出的综合预测法。
Based on the four-steps method and the general volume control method, the comprehensive method to forecast the traffic volume of regional arterial highway network is proposed in this paper. According to the characteristics of highway network, some problems such as the improvement of the traffic assignment method in the gravity model to estimate OD matrices from link traffic count data and the estimation of the OD matrices in the objective plan year are analyzed and studied. At last, the comprehensive forecasting method is applied in the arterial highway network of Heilongjiang province.
