摘要
建立LY12CZ铝合金试件的加速腐蚀周期对应最大腐蚀深度的BP网络映射模型,采用加速腐蚀试验数据对网络进行训练直至网络满足设定的精度要求,然后利用其预测LY12CZ试件的加速腐蚀损伤情况,并根据网络预测的最大腐蚀深度数据以及腐蚀损伤等效关系计算实验室加速腐蚀与某机场大气暴露腐蚀的当量因子k=2,从而可以计算出LY12CZ铝合金材料于某机场实际环境下的日历寿命(a)等于浸泡加速试验周期(d)乘以2。
A neural network model for mapping the accelerated corrosion time and maximum corrosion depths of LY12CZ was established. The neural network model was trained with the test data until the model achieved the required precision. The model was used to predict the LY12CZ corrosion damage and calculate the equivalent factor k between accelerated test and true airbase environmental test based on prediction results and equivalent relationship of corrosion, the result is k= 2, so the calendar life(a) of LY12CZ in the true airbase environment equal to the accelerated corrosion time(d) multiply 2.
