摘要
对糖基羧酸酯的化学合成及酶催化合成作了综述和展望,着重介绍了化学合成糖酯的方法,尤其是异头碳羧酸酯的合成.
This paper reviews the chemical synthesis and enzyme-catalyzed synthesis of glycosyl carboxylates and give prospect, which focused on the chemical synthesis of sugar esters, especially synthesis of the wildest first carbon carboxylic acid esters was introduced in detail.
