摘要
学科馆员制度是适应学科建设、教学科研工作的开展,以及广大师生的学习需要和图书馆自身发展等诸多方面需求而建立的,是高校图书馆为科研服务的重要举措。分析了高校图书馆学科馆员制度建立的意义和必要性,从如何提高学科馆员的素质,提高图书馆的服务质量方面加以探讨。
It is essential to establish the subject librarian system so as to suit the demand of subject construction and teaching work and to meet the demand of the broad masses of teachers and students in leaning and library development. This paper has analyzed the university library subject librarian system to establish the significance and necessity of subjects from how to improve the quality of staffand improve the quality of library services be explored.
