摘要
采用溶液凝胶工艺制备了Na2OTiO2微粉体系。对微粉的粒度及物相进行了分析。湿敏特性测试结果表明;Na2OTiO2在11~95%RH的相对湿度范围内具有很高的灵敏度及较好的响应特性。
Ultrafine powders of Na_2OTiO_2 were prepared by solgel process. Grain size and phase composition of the powders were studied. The experiment results showed that Na2OTiO2 possessed ideal sensing properties to humidity at a range of relative humidity from 11% to 95%. The respondence character of the materials was good as well.
