摘要
本文对采用原子吸收-石墨炉法对铅、镉、铬这3种重金属元素的检测方法进行了探讨。结果表明,样品的加标回收率分别为97.92%、99.06%、104.6%,标准偏差分别为8.93、0.12、0.70,变异系数分别为1.70%、0.39%、2.92%,说明该方法不但精确度和检出率高,且重复性好。
By determinating of the rate of repetition and recovery of standard samples,this experiment modified the method of determination of Pb, Cd, Cr by Graphite Furnace-AAS.The result showed that the recovevies of Pb, Cd,Cr were 97.92 %,99.06 %, 104.6 %;RSD were 8.93,0.12,0.70.The method is simple and accurate.
