摘要
本文在研究特征建模技术的基础上,结合轴类零件的特点,提出了分段分层的基于特征的轴类零件信息模型。引入特征面的概念,解决位置公差和跨轴段尺寸公差的描述问题。把与单一形状特征相关的形位公差当作属性处理,零件的CAD模型与CAPP模型相对独立。在CAD模型中,只考虑主辅特征关系,不考虑辅特征之间的依附及层次关系,有利于CAPP的处理,加快输入速度。同时保证所生成的零件信息的完整性和一致性。
Taking the characteristics of axial parts into consideration,this paper presents piecewise and layered featurebased information model of axial parts.The concept of feature surface is introduced to describe position tolerance and position dimension tolerance.Regarding the form tolerance of form feature as its attribute,CAD models of parts are independent of corresponding CAPP models.Only primary and auxiliary features,but no associated and layer relation among auxiliary features,are considered in CAD model.This simplifies the procedure of CAD modelling and featue reasoning of CAPP,and guarantees integrity and cosistency of generated part information.
