摘要
在研究特征建模技术的基础上 ,结合轴类零件的特征 ,用一种实用的特征分类方法和信息表达方法开发了一个特征造型系统 ,该系统界面友好 ,设计方便、高效。阐述了特征的定义及其分类 ,建立了基于特征的轴类零件信息模型 ,介绍了该特征造型系统的基本组成模块 。
Taking the characteristics of shaft-like parts into consideration, this paper developed a feature modeling system based on the research of feature technology, with a practical method of feature classification and information expression. The windows style interface makes the design convenient and efficient. In this paper, the definition and classification were presented. And the information model based on feature of shaft parts was set up. Lastly, this paper introduced the key component parts of this modeling system. These researches lay a foundation for the true realization of effective integration in CAD/CAPP/CAM and for the continuing development of concurrent engineering.
