摘要
本文首次报道经颞颌关节镜滑膜下注射硬化剂的实验结果。通过对狗一侧颞颌关节经关节镜滑膜下注射硬化剂(5%鱼肝油酸钠),并与对侧关节腔内注射等量硬化剂作对照研究;组织学检查,结果表明经关节镜滑膜下注射硬化剂优于传统的关节腔内注射法,为临床应用提供了理论依据。
The results of experimental study of subsynovial injection of sclerosant throughTMJ arthroscope were reported in this paper.In the one side of a dog's TMJs,asclerosant,5% sodium morrhuate was injected into the subsynovia,and in anotherside,same dose of the solution,into the intracapsule of the joint as control.Dogswere killed at 1,3,7 and 28 days respectively after the injection and TMJ speci-mens were then removed“en bloc”for the histological examination.The resultsrevealed that the subsynovial injection of the solution through arthroscope was betterthan traditional intraarticular injection and provided an evidence for the clinicalapplication in theory.
