摘要
本文分析了轴箱轴承的失效形式和原因,从材料,加工工艺,润滑与密封和结构优化等方面系统阐述了提高铁路轴箱轴承使用寿命的措施,认为:采用真空脱气GCr18Mo轴承钢,超精研,极压润滑剂和迷宫密封,适当加大滚子直径,斜挡边和球端面滚子,带凸度母线滚子,以及空心和深穴滚子等有助于提高轴承寿命.
The failure modes and causes of railway bearings in shaft boxes are analysed, and the measures for enhancing bearings life are systematically elucidated ban the viewpoint of material, manufacturing technology, lubrication and seal, as well as structure optimization. Followings are recommended for railway bearings:vacuum degassed GCr18Mo, auperfinishing, EP lubricants and lshrinth seal, increase in roller's diameter, inclined rib and spherical roller end, rollers with cenver generant,bollow rollers and deep hole rollers.
