摘要
通过正交试验方法，测试了综合强化技术──联合采用挤孔、过盈、预拉等单项强化方法处理滚子链以提高其疲劳强度的作用与效果，分析得出最优水平、显著性因素，给出各因素的交互作用等，证明综合强化技术是比单项强化方法效果更为显著的强化方法。
The synthetical strengthening technology is a method by which fatigue strength of foiler chain is improved by the extruding hole,pressing fit and preloading. In this paper, the effect of the synthetical technology were measured by this method. Thererfor, most optimization parameters,markied factor and level,especial,effect of each other among all single technology,that proved the synthetical strengthening technology is good strength method.
