摘要
本文首次介绍了用叶绿素P_(667)为活性物制备PVC膜黄连素电极。电极响应曲线的线性范围为10^(-2)~10^(-7)mol/L,电极斜率为55.6/ΔpC,适宜的pH范围是5~11,电极的正向导电内阻为20ΜΩ,反向为无穷大。作样品分析与药典法比较,结果基本一致。
An ion-selective electrode with PVC membrane containing chlorophyll(P667) was introduced. By testing with berberine hydrochloridium, the electrode exhibited a linear response within the concentration range 10^(-2) to 10^(-7) mol/L with a slope of 55.6mV/△pC at pH 5~11.This electrode behaves some semiconductor properties,the forward resistance was over 20MΩ and the backward resistance nearly infinite. The result of sample analysis was almost accorded with that of Chinese pharmacopoeia method.
