摘要
镍基合金作为非贵金属高熔合金已广泛地应用于牙科的冠、桥修复和烤瓷牙的基底金属。但是镍基合金对人体是否有害这个问题,迄今尚存争议。本研究采用两种烤瓷用镍基合金在人工唾液中析出的镍量对人体牙龈成纤维细胞进行了细胞毒性实验。其结果表明:两种烤瓷用镍基合金在人工唾液中镍离子的析出量,对体外培养的牙龈成纤维细胞基本上无毒性。
The release of nickel from two kinds of nickel-containing ceramic alloys(Durabond;CW-PA)and pure nickel in artificial saliva has been measured by using atomic absorbspectrophotometer.The biocompatibility of two kinds of nickel-containing alloys was assessed in a cytoto-xicity test in vitro.Cells used in this test were human gingival fibroblasts,The biocom-patibility was assessed upon:(1)the cell reactive growth rate(RGR)and the variationof a growth curve at the 5th day and the 8th day,(2)the variation of cell morphologyat 24th hour,4th day and 7th day.The results of this test showed that the release concentration of nickel ions from twonickel-containing alloys in artificial saliva were not enough to affect the growth and mor-phology of human gingival fibroblasts.It indicates that these two kinds of nickel-containing alloys are almost no cytotoxicity.
