摘要
目的探讨金铂合金烤瓷冠与镍铬合金烤瓷冠在前牙修复中的临床应用效果。方法对本院126例患者的156颗前牙分别以金铂合金烤瓷全冠与镍铬合金烤瓷全冠修复,进行2年的随访,观察不同修复体颜色、解剖形态、边缘完整性、牙龈着色、牙龈健康状态。结果 2年后共有8例患者(14颗牙)失访。118例患者的142颗修复全冠牙在修复体颜色优秀、解剖形态优秀、边缘完整性优秀、牙龈着色A级及牙龈状态健康等指标方面,金铂合金烤瓷全冠更优于镍铬合金烤瓷全冠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金铂合金烤瓷冠相对在修复后整体效果优于镍铬合金烤瓷冠。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of gold-platinum alloy porcelain crown and Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crowns in the first dental restoration. Methods One hundred and fifty-six front teeth in 126 cases of patients were respectively treated with gold platinum alloy-porcelain crown and Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown, and after the 2 years follow-up the effects of different restoration color, anatomy, marginal integrity and gingival color and gingival health were observed. Results Two years after a total of eight patients （14 teeth） lost. 118 patients of the 142 dental crown in restora- tion color excellent, excellent anatomical form, marginal integrity excellence, gums and gum colored A-level health status indicators, gold platinum alloy-porcelain crown were better than nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown, and there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The overall effect of gold platinum alloy-porcelain crown after the repair is relatively better than the Ni-Cr alloy-porcelain crown.
