摘要
目的观察潘妥拉唑结合健脾益气中药六味安消胶囊治疗对DGP的疗效。方法纳入本院内科2003年6月至2007年6月的住院的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者132例,随机分为3组,即潘妥拉唑组(组1,n=42),六味安消胶囊组(组2,n=40),合并用药组(组3,n=50)。各组用药:组1:口服潘妥拉唑20mg/次,2次/d,口服;组2:口服六味安消胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。组3:口服六味安消胶囊2粒/次,3次/d。潘妥拉唑每日20mg/次,2次/d。疗程均为30d。3组均继续应用糖尿病原方案治疗,包括口服降血糖药或应用胰岛素等各种方法来控制血糖。结果三组治疗前后,餐后上腹饱胀、早饱、呕吐、恶心、食欲不振等症状均有明显改善,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。组1显效22例,占52.4%,总有效率为78.6%;组2显效9例,占22.5%,总有效率为79%;组3显效35例,占70%,总有效率为98%。三组总有效率及显效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论潘妥拉唑结合健脾益气中药六味安消胶囊治疗DGP疗效确切,中西药结合治疗具有优势。
Objective To investigate the effect of taking pantoprazole with liuweianxiao caps for the management of disbetic gastroparesis（DGP）. Methods 132 patients with DGP in tianjin yongjiu hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups. 42 cases were classified into pantoprazole group（ group 1 ） ,40 cases were classi- fied into liuweianxiao caps group（ group 2）and 50 cases were classified into drug combination group（ group 3 ）, group 1 were given pantoprazole 20 mg BID, and group 2 were given liuweianxiao caps 4 pills TID, group 3 were given pantoprazole 10 mg BID and liuweianxiao caps 2 pills TID. All the groups above continuous administration for 30 days. At the same time, all the groups took the management of diabetes as before. Include taking hypoglycemic agent and injecting insulin to control the level of blood sugar. Results All the groups are effective in the management of disbetic gastroparesis. The phenomenons of abdominal fullness after meal, early satiety, vomit, nausea and inappetence are all significantly relieved. There were significant differences between the three groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） In the group 1,22 cases were markedly effective, the markedly response rate was 52.4%, and the overall response rate was 78.6% ; in the group 2,9 cases were markedly effective, the markedly response rate was 22. 5% ,and the overall response rate was 79% ;in the group 3,35 cases were markedly effective,the markedly response rate was 70%, and the overall response rate was 98% ; There were significant differences in markedly response rate and overall response rate between 3 groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Pantoprazole with Liuweianxiao caps is effective in the management of disbetic gastroparesis.
