摘要
目的:本研究系统评价应用六味安消胶囊与常规治疗方案及其他针对性治疗方案治疗功能性便秘疗效之间的差异,以期有助于临床治疗工作。方法:通过检索1989—2012年国内发表的六味安消胶囊治疗功能性便秘的临床研究,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,共获得14篇符合要求的随机对照试验研究,利用Review Manager5.1软件进行研究资料的统计分析。结果:试验组六味安消胶囊与对照组常规治疗方案在疗效方面有显著性差异(P<0.01),不存在发表偏倚,敏感性研究提示结果稳定。结论:六味安消胶囊与常规方案相比疗效更好,但尚需更多高质量临床随机对照研究进一步证实。
Objective：In this study,system evaluation of the difference between the Liuwei Anxiao capsule and conventional treatment programs and other targeted therapies in the treatment of functional constipation was made,in order to contribute to the clinical treatment.Methods：The clinical study was made by searching the literatures published in 1989—2012 about Liuwei Anxiao capsule treatment of functional constipation,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 14 randomized controlled trials met the requirements,the Review Manager 5.1 software was used for statistical analysis of research data.Results：The experimental group with the Liuwei Anxiao capsule had a significant difference compared with the control group with conventional treatment options（P0.01）,without publication bias,the sensitivity study suggested that the results were stable.Conclusion：Liuwei Anxiao capsule has better efficacy compared with the conventional program,but it still needs more high-quality clinical randomized controlled study for further confirmation.
