海绵放线菌Z0604的最优发酵条件选择及初步鉴定 被引量:4

Selection of Optimal Fermentation Conditions and Initial Identification of Actinomyces Z0604 from Sponge (Hymeniacidon corticata)

摘要 从东海的一种海绵Hymeniacidon corticata分离出的1株放线菌Z0604,利用7种发酵培养基2种pH条件下培养后提取粗提物,检测其对人类病原菌及植物病原真菌的抑菌拮抗作用以及对卤虫的毒性作用,结合TLC化学初筛及发酵过程生物量的变化,从中筛选出最佳发酵培养条件为pH8.0下的M2+培养基发酵4~5d。并对该菌的生理生化特征及在各种培养基上的生长特性进行了研究。 An Actinomyces Z0604 strain was isolated from marine sponge (Hymeniacidon corticata) collected in East China Sea and extract its crude extract after cultured under conditions of 7 kinds of fermentation media and 2 pH values, then bioassayed for its antagonism against human pathogens and plant pathogenic fungi and toxicity against brine shrimp (Artemia salina ). Combine with TLC initial screening and biomass changes during the process of fermentation, an optimal fermentation conditions were selected that was M2 + media under pH 8.0 for 4 to 5 days. Moreover, physiological and biochemical properties of the strain and the growth characters on various media were studied.
