摘要
用正已烷提取处于交尾期的云南木蠹象(Pissodes yunnanesis)雌雄虫胸、腹部的气味物质进行GC-MS分析,发现雌虫气味物质多于雄虫,而且雌雄虫气味化合物种类有明显差异.在从雌虫抽提物中鉴定出的43种化合物中,多数为单萜烯、倍半萜烯和各种醇类,其中有14种与其寄主植物云南松的挥发性成分相同;而在从雄虫抽提物中鉴定出的22种化合物中,多数为甲苯类和正构烷烃类,只有3种与寄主植物成分相同.在雌雄虫气味化合物中还发现了3种其它昆虫的性信息素化合物,即:顺7-12碳乙酸酯、顺9-14碳乙酸酯和顺11-16碳乙酸酯.
N-hexane was used to extract the volatile compounds from the mating male and female' s thorax and abdomen of Pissodes yunnanensis. By means of GC-MS, we found that the female' s volatile compounds were more than those of the male' s, and there were significant differences between volatile compounds from the male and the female. There were 43 compounds identified from the female, most of which were monoterpenes, sesquiterpene and various alcohols. Among them there were 14 compounds same as the volatile compounds from their host plants Pinus yunnanensis Franch. However, among 20 compounds identified from the male, most of them were toluene and n-alkanes, with only 3 compounds same as the volatile components from their host plants. There were 3 sex pheromone compounds of other insects identified in the volatile compounds from the male and the female, i. e. , cis-7- dodecenyl acetate, cis-9-tetradecenyl acetate and cis-11-hexadecenyl acetate. Further behavioral, electrophysiological and field experiments should be done to justify if these 3 compounds are sex pheromones used by Pissodes yunnanesis.
