摘要
探讨我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。对我院2005～2007年收集到的157例ADR报告分别从患者年龄、性别、药品种类、临床表现及给药途径等方面进行统计、分析。157例ADR报告中涉及的药品共有62种,其中抗感染药29种,占首位（占46.77%）,静脉用药引起的ADR有123例,主要的ADR类型为皮肤及其附件损害（占49.68%）,较严重的ADR有11例。临床应重视ADR的报告和监测工作,减少或避免ADR的发生。
The occurrences of adverse drug reactions（ADR） in our hospital were studied for references of rational use of drugs in the clinic.A total of 157 ADR cases collected in our hospital during the period 2005～2007 were analyzed statistically in respect of age and sex of patients,drug category,clinical manifestations and route of administration etc.In 157 ADR cases,the number of drug category involved totaled 62,with anti-infective drug taking the lead,accounting for 46.77%（29 kinds）,123 cases were given intravenously.Lesions of skin and the appendants were the chief ADR types（49.68%）,there were 11 severe cases.Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring in the clinic.
