摘要
目的推进药品不良反应(ADR)监测报告工作的开展。方法对我院2004年3月~2006年2月收集到的127例ADR报告进行统计、分析。结果涉及ADR的药物共41种,其中抗感染药物、生物制剂和中药注射剂引起的ADR较多;静脉途径给药的ADR占44.9%,是引起ADR的主要途径。结论临床应重视ADR的监测和报告工作。
OBJECTIVE:To facilitate the monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions(ADRs).METHODS:127 ADR cases collected from Mar.2004to Feb.2006in our hospital were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:ADRs were mainly caused by41kinds of drugs,dominating the list were antiinfectives,biologic agents and traditional chinese medicinal injections.ADRs were chiefly induced by intravenous administration,accounting for44.9%.CONCLUSION:Importance should be attached to the monitoring and reporting of ADRs.
