摘要
建立浊度法测定交沙霉素片的方法。以肺炎克雷伯菌为试验菌,加菌量0.8%～1.0%（V/V）,37℃±0.5℃培养4～5h左右测定。抗生素线性浓度为4.0～12.0u·mL^-1,二剂量法的平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为2.0%（n=9）。该方法灵敏,快速,影响因素较少,可作为测定交沙霉素片效价的方法。
A turbidimetric method for determination of Josamycin Tablets was established.The test organism was Klebosiella Pneumociac and cultured with fresh medium（pH 7.0）.Spore suspension of Klebosiella Pneumociac was inoculated with a 0.8%～1.0%（V/V）ratio at 37℃±0.5℃ for about 4～5h.The liner range was 4.0～12.0u·mL^-1.The average recovery of Josamycin Tablets was 100.9%（RSD=2.0%,n=9）.The method is sensitive,rapid and feasible to determine Josamycin Tablets.
