摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定了交沙霉素片在不同pH介质中溶出度。结果表明随pH值的增加，T(50)、Td均有不同程度的增大。
Dissolution rate of josamycin tablets in solution of different pH values was determined. The results showed that T50.Td increased with increase of pH value.
