摘要
以上海浦东国际机场T2航站楼屋顶采用的长110m,正、反弧隐藏式压型钢板为依据,对解决长尺压型板加工、安装和温度伸缩两大难题的方法进行研究。通过对长尺压型板的构造、加工以及垂直和水平运输措施等对建筑物适应性的分析,对设计、施工工艺进行优化,使长尺金属屋面和施工工艺发挥最大的功效。
Based on 110 m long profiled steel sheet with hidden positive and reverse arcs for the roof. of T2 terminal building of Pudong International Airport in Shanghai, it was researched the countermeasures against difficulties of fabrication and erection as well as expansion by temperature during manufacturing a superlong profiled steel sheet. It was analyzed the adaptability of the structure, fabrication, measures for vertical and horizontal transports of the superlong profiled sheet to buildings, the design method and fabrication technics were optimaized, which made a long metal roof and construction technique be in full play.
