摘要
介绍了上海电网2007年发电量置换的原理和实施办法,根据上海电网的电源结构和特点,对高效、低耗发电机组置换低效、高耗机组的发电量的置换空间进行了分析,给出2007年发电量置换结果及节能减排效果实际数据,对进一步完善市场机制、做好发电方式优化、促进节能减排提出了建议。
The buying and exchanging rules of planed power generation quantity of Shanghai Power Grid in 2007 are presented,as well as the implementation regulations.According to the power supply structure and features of Shanghai Power Grid,the replacement room of power generation quantity of low-efficiency and high-consumption units by that of high-efficiency and low-consumption units is analyzed,and data on the replacement results of 2007 and the consequent effects are given.Suggestions on further improvement of market mechanisms and optimization of power generation modes for energy-saving and emission-reduction are proposed.
