摘要
整体保护是抢救和保护非物质文化遗产的基本原则之一,是指对非物质文化遗产进行全方位、多层次的保护。该原则充分体现非物质文化遗产内容和形式的丰富性、多样性。笔者从文化人类学视角诠释非物质文化遗产整体保护的原则,并在此基础上根据肃北蒙古人传统文化所面临的严峻形势,论述其整体保护的必要性。同时笔者鉴于肃北蒙古人的生态环境、生产方式、传统文化的丰富性等实际情况,提出整体保护肃北蒙古人非物质文化遗产的可行性。
Overall protection is one of the basic principles to rescue and protect intangible cultural heritage and it is the omni-direetional and multilevel protection Such a principle manifests the richness and diversity of its content and form. The author interprets the overall protection principle from the perspective of cultural anthropology, and explains its necessity and feasibility based on the severe situation Gansu and taking their ecological environment, production style of the traditional Mongolian culture in the north of and rich traditional culture into consideration.
