摘要
在乳化剂 OP 存在下,用5-Bi-PADAP 显色反应分光光度法连续测定水中微量锌、铅和镉。采用巯基棉富集分离,以差减法消除干扰,提高了体系的灵敏度和选择性,且快速、简便、准确。可用于测定天然水中微量锌、铅和镉。
In the presence of the emulsifier OP.a spectrophotometry of trace zinc,lead and cadmium in water was carried out continously by means of the color-reaction of 5-Br-PADAP.For improving the sensitivity and selectivity of the system, sulfhydryl cotton enrichment and separation are used to eliminate the interference. This method is proved to be an accurate,simple and rapid one,with which trace zinc,lead and cadmium in water can be successfully determined.
