摘要
本研究的目的是探讨田基黄在裸小鼠体内的抑瘤作用。将体外培养的人舌鳞癌细胞株TSCCa接种于12只裸鼠皮下,建立移植瘤模型,观察田基黄和平阳霉素对TSCCa细胞移植瘤的抑瘤效果。结果田基黄和平阳霉素对TSCCa细胞移植瘤的抑制率分别为78.3％和81.7％,两者无显著性差异,提示田基黄对口腔鳞癌有较好的治疗作用。
The purpose of this study is to explore the antitumor effect of hypericum japonicum thunb (HJT)in nude mice, the method was to implant human tongue cancer cell line TSCCa cells to the subcutaneous of 12 nude mice and form tumor,and we observed the tumor inhibition rates (TIR) of HJT and pingyangmycin in nude mice. The results showed that the TIR of HJT and pinyangmycin were separately 78. 3% and 81. 7% , the both had no significant difference. The results proved that HJT had a good treating effect in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
