实时超声导航在神经外科手术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目前神经导航系统已广泛应用于治疗颅内和脊髓各种占位病变,但依靠术前影像进行导航有一定的局限性。术中实时超声能提供实时更新的影像资料,具有精确定位病灶、指导手术入路,确定病灶边界,区分病变与正常脑组织,判断手术残瘤和指导再次切除,引导穿刺、置管与活检,纠正手术中影像漂移等优点。术中实时超声结合导航系统将弥补神经导航系统在神经外科手术中的局限。
