摘要
目的:结合实验室现有仪器设备,通过试验探讨适合实验室的毛细管GC-FPD检测有机磷农药残留的最优化色谱参数,从而达到既能满足检测要求,又能充分保护仪器设备并延长其使用寿命的目的。方法:使用有机磷农药标准物质,探讨进样口、色谱柱、检测器的不同温度以及O2/H2体积比对有机磷农残定性、定量检测的影响。结果:优化的色谱条件,进样口温度230℃,FPD温度240℃、O2/H2体积比0.18(氢气115 ml/min,空气100 ml/min),色谱柱三阶程序升温。结论:在优化的色谱条件下,能满足检测需求,同时最大程度地保护了仪器设备。
Objective:With existing laboratory equipment,it's discussing the optimization of capillary GC-PFD parameters through the appropriate laboratory tests of the detection of organic pesticide residues to achieve the purpose,namely meet the test requirements,and fully protect the equipments to extend their service life.Methods:Use of organic phosphorus standard material,discussing the impact of the injcetor,column,detector at different temperatures and O2/H2 volume ratio of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in qualitative and quantitative testing.Results:Optimal conditions for the GC-PFD,the temperature of injector 230℃,FPD 240℃ and O2/H2 volume ratio of 0.18(H2 115 ml/min,Air 100 ml/min),3 lever programmed temperature.Conclusion:The optimized conditions meet the demand for testing,while the greatest extent possible to protect the equipment.
