摘要
目的了解医院医护人员在职培训情况及存在问题,提出对策,为指导医院医护人员在职培训提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法对2所综合医院在岗医护人员进行问卷调查。调查内容包括年龄、学历、职称等一般状况,近3年接受培训的次数、培训累计时间、培训方式、培训后的效果、培训中存在的问题等。资料采用SPSS软件并进行统计分析。结果被调查的426名医护人员中,近3年内接受培训人数为183人,受培训率为43.0%,其中医生40.2%,护士44.8%。培训中存在的问题主要有重视不够,流于形式,时间短,缺乏实践,不实用,没有书本和讲义等。结论医护人员在职培训重视不够,培训中存在的问题较多,建议医院管理者重视医护人员继续教育,完善医护人员在职培训和继续教育制度,不断提高各级各类医护人员的素质,为患者提供满意的医疗护理服务,促进卫生事业健康发展。
Objective To understand the problems in the training of medical staffs and provide countermeasure for improving the training effects. Methods The cluster sampling design was used according to the numbers of medical staffs in different clinical units. A questionnaire was distributed to each participant for collecting their views of continuing education, Results The number of medical staffs who accepted continuing training accounted for 43.0%. The number of nurses who accepted the training accounted for 44, 8% and the number of doctors who accepted the training accounted for 40.2%. The main problems of continuing training for medical staffs at hospitals were the lack of attention from hospital managers ; insufficient training hours ; inappropriate training contents ： shortage of books and other training materials, Conelusions The hospital managers should pay more attentions to the continuing training of medical staffs and solve the exiting problems. The hospital should ameliorate the systems of continuing training and on-the-job training gradually, enhance the educational level of medical staffs, and provide best quality medical care service for patients.
