摘要
本文就近年来变性淀粉的生产工艺、其在食品工业中的应用进行了论述,并探讨了我国淀粉变性产业与发达国家的差距和发展前景。
In this paper,production process of modified starch and its application in food industry were introduced. Then we discussed the gap of modified starch industry between the China and the developed countries, and development prospects of modified starch industry in China.
