摘要
根据近年来我国行业协会发展中存在的内部治理问题,基于利益相关者理论,运用博弈论构建行业协会内部治理问题的博弈模型,寻求行业协会内部利益相关者的博弈均衡点,并进行相应的机制设计。分析得出:权责分明是实现内部治理机制优化的最基本的条件;对行业协会的理事会和监事会应侧重隐性声誉激励与约束,对秘书处等内部工作机构则应侧重显性的激励与约束。
According to the internal governance issue in the development process of national industry associations in recent years, the author tries to find the game balance point of the internal stakeholders of industry associations after founding the game models of the internal govemance of industry associations by game theory, and takes mechanism design, based on the perspective of stakeholders. Firstly, a clearly definition on power and responsibility is the most basic conditions to achieve optimization on the internal govemance mechanisms. Secondly, it's necessary to pay more attention on the hidden incentive and restraint to the council and the board of supervisors, and on the dominant incentive and restraint to internal staff.
