摘要
目的:加强医院医疗设备的管理,提高设备的使用效益。方法:对设备购置、使用及报废环节加强管理,同时对大型在用设备进行效益分析,最大限度地挖掘设备潜能。结果:设备管理得到加强,使用效益得到提高。结论:该方法的运用使得医院设备管理更加规范有效,大大提高了设备的使用率和效益。
Objective To improve the profit from equipment usage by enforcing the management of medical equipment. Methods The management was enforced on such key activities as equipment purchasing, usage and discarding. Meanwhile, profit analysis was made on large-scale equipment in use. Retults The equipment management was enforced and the profit from usage was improved. Conclusion The application of this method make medical equipment management more standard and efficient, greatly improving the rate of utilization and profit.
