摘要
采用杂交育种方法,育成了优质、高产春用家蚕新品种春.兰×玉.帛。经四川省实验室和农村生产鉴定表明:该品种孵化、眠起、上蔟齐一;体质强健好养,蚕体粗壮,茧形大且匀整;产量高,万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量、万蚕产丝量分别比对照种菁松×皓月提高1.02%、3.65%、4.00%,分别比对照种871×872提高2.65%、6.32%、2.45%;茧丝长、解舒率、洁净、鲜毛茧出丝率分别为1 256 m、90.77%、97.60分、19.90%。该品种综合经济性状优良,适宜在四川、重庆等西部蚕区推广饲养。
By using the method of cross breeding, a new silkworm variety, ＂Chun · Lan × Yu · Bo＂, was bred for spring rearing, with characters of high silk yield and excellent silk quality. The results of laboratory identification and countryside productive test in Sichuan province showed that it is uniform in development. Silkworm of the new variety is strong and healthy, and easy to rear. The size of silkworm body and cocoon is big and uniform. The cocoon crop, cocoon shell weight and silk weight per 10 000 larvae are increased by 1.02%, 3.65% and 4.00% of those of the control, ＂Jingsong × Haoyue＂, and are increased by 2.65%, 6.32% and 2. 45% of those of another control, ＂871 × 872＂, respectively. Cocoon filament length, reelability, neatness, raw silk ratio of fresh cocoon are 1 256 m, 90.77%, 97.60 points and 19.90%, respectively. The above results suggested that the comprehensive economic characters of the new one is excellent. It is suitable to rear in Western Sericulture Area, such as Sichuan, and Chongqing etc.
