摘要
采用杂交育种结合系统选择的方法。经累代高温多湿环境下培育,育成了抗逆性较强,孵化、眠起、老熟齐一,茧丝质优良的中系蚕品种“丰一”和一粒茧丝长长、综合性状较优的日系蚕品种“54A”,并都具有较强的抗氟性能。其一代杂交种通过实验室以及江苏省共同鉴定结果表明:比对照种苏3·秋3×苏4万蚕产茧量提高5%,万蚕茧层量提高13%,解舒丝长增长100—200米,净度95分,强力3.8—3.9克/旦。
According to the climatic characteristics of the Yangtze River Valley, we employed the breeding method of combining cross breedings and line selection and created an artificial microclimate with high temperature ( 28-30 ℃ ) and humidity (RH was 85-90% ) to take the breeding tests. After breeding several generations under this microclimate, a Chinese silkworm strain 'Feng 1' which has a relatively high resistance to diseases, a unison in incubating, molting, exuviating and maturing, and a good silk quality; a Japanese silk worm strain '54A' , which has a longer silk length of one cocoon, and be-tter complex properties have been bred. Both strains have the characteristics of strong resistance to fluoride contamination.
Compared to the control strain 'Su3-Qiu3× Su4', their F1 hybrids have a 5% increase in cocoon output and a 13% increase in cocoon shell weight of 10000 silkworms, 100 to 200 meter longer in non-broken filament length, 95 marks of neatness defects, and 3.8-3.9 grams/denier silk strength.
