摘要
目的探讨孕产妇住院期间的健康教育方法,以提高孕产妇的健康教育效果。方法按时间顺序及孕产妇入院顺序将孕产妇分为对照组(200例)和观察组(200例)。对照组采取以传统的功能制护理为主、按需宣教的方法;观察组对每个孕产妇都采取分期宣教、循环宣教、随时宣教的方法。并比较两组孕产妇的健康教育效果。结果观察组孕产妇在分娩时配合助产士的有效技能、自我保健、母乳喂养技巧、婴儿护理方法等方面均明显优于对照组。结论健康教育对保证母乳喂养、母婴健康、预防疾病、减少分娩期的负面影响、改善护患关系都具有重要的作用。
Objective To explore methods of health educaiotn for pregnant woman during hospitalization and improve the effects, Methods A total of 400 cases of preganant women were divided into control group ( n = 200) and observation group ( n = 200)according to their admission time. Routine function nursing care was provided and health education on demand was conducted in the control group. Health educaiton by stage,at any time and in a recycled way was given to all patients. The effects of health education to preganant women were compared between two groups. Results Effective skills of cooperating with midwives, self health-care, techniques of breast feeding,and infant care abilities of pregant women in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion Health education plays a very important role in encouraging breast feeding, maintaining health of mother and baby, preventing diseases, reducing negative effects of childbirth and improving relationship between patient and nurse.
