摘要
利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术及Mott-Schottky测试方法研究了pH值对X80管线钢土壤腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:X80管线钢在土壤环境中会形成一层保护性好的钝化膜,其中,钝化膜的膜电阻、离子的传递电阻及扩散电阻随着介质pH值的增加而增大,表明钝化膜对基体的保护作用随介质pH值的增加而增强。Mott-Schottky分析表明,钝化膜呈现n型半导体特性,随着介质pH值的增加膜内的施主密度增加,平带电位与介质pH值具有良好的线性关系,其拟和斜率约为74.14mV/pH。
The soil corrosion behaviors of X80 pipeline steel were investigated by using electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) and Mott-Schottky plot measurements. The results showed that a protective corrosion film will be formed on the pipeline surface, the transfer resistance, film resistance and the diffusion resistance increased with the increment of the pH values of the corrosive solutions, this indicated that the protective effect of the corrosion film on the pipeline steel decreased with increasing the solution pH values. Mott-Schottky analysis revealed that the corrosion film appeared an n-type semi-conductive character, the donor density of the corrosion film increased with increasing pH values, the fiat-band potential and the pH value'have a good linear relationship with a slope around 74.14mV/pH unit.
