摘要
大学生"新失业群体"及其社会应激是社会转型期的特殊问题。就业竞争、贫困、不公正、社会排挤构成应激源系统;焦虑抑郁、愤世嫉俗、攻击行为、自我贬损是由此引发的应激反应;以社会支持为中介,实施情绪焦点型缓冲和问题焦点型缓冲的干预机制,构成应激反应的缓冲装置。随着"应激—反应"第三周期的到来,必须完善这一装置,实施反周期干预,以应对高度应激和重度反应。
New unemployment group of undergraduates and its social stress are special problems of social transformation.The essay makes a comprehensive analysis on it.It argues that system of social stress is constituted by employment competition,poverty,injustice and social exclusion which leads to anxiety,depression and aggressiveness.It proposals that through social support,intervention mechanism of mood-centered buffer and problem-centered buffer should be established to be a buffer device.And with the emergence of the third period of stress-response,such device should be completed to carry out counter-period intervention.
