摘要
本文报告一种性能良好的新型双层聚合膜阿米替林涂丝电极的研制。通过电化学聚合,在铂丝表面修饰一层具有较高导电性、良好氧化还原可逆性的聚苯胺薄膜,继涂含电活性物质(四苯硼酸—阿米替林)的PVC膜。该双膜电极不仅保持了涂丝电极的优点,而且具有较好的稳定性,连续测定8小时,电位变化<±1mV,电极线性范围为1×10^(-2)~5.8×10^(-6)mol/L,平均斜率为57.8mv/PC,检测下限为1.5×10^(-6)mol/L,用加入稀释法和电位滴定法测定了回收率,均获令人满意的结果。
A new type of amitriptyline coated wire electrode (CWE) with bilayer polymeric films is reported. Platinum wire is modified by conductive polyaniline and then with a film of PVC (containing electroactive material). This kind of electrode not only has merits of CWE, but also has fine stabilily and reproducibility. With successive determination of 8h, the potential change is less than ±1mV. The electrode shows Nernstian range from 1×10^(-2)mol/L to 5.8×10^(-6) mol/L with a slope of 57.8 mV/pC, and the detection limit is 1.5×10^(-6) mol/L.
