摘要 用交联法将赖氨酸脱羧酶与碳酸酐酶共同固定于CO_2电极透气膜上,制成L-赖氨酸双酶电极,讨论了该双酶电极的响应特性。用双酶电极测定了金针菇和强化赖氨酸食品中赖氨酸含量,与氨基酸自动分析仪所得结果一致。 Lysine double enzyme electrode produced by coupling the enzyme lysine decarbozyase and carbonate dehydratase with a CO^2 gas-sensing electrode was reported.The enzyme was immobilized directly onto the surface of the gas membrane of the CO^2 sensor using BSA and glutaraldehyde. The linear response of the electrode was in the range of 0.0015%~0.2% and response time 1~3 min.The electrode was usable for a period of up to 100 days when stored in a buffer solution containing pyridoxal phosphate. This enzyme electrode was used to determine the lysine content in acute mushroom and forced food.
