摘要
结合A水库移民补偿工作实践,讨论了补偿政策、补偿标准、补偿资金管理模式、补偿方式等问题,结合国家有关政策,提出了解决这些问题的建议:即补偿标准要坚持同库同策,补偿标准的确定要逐步走向市场化,补偿资金的管理要严格程序化,补偿方式要采取长效补偿方式。
Based on the practices of resettlement compensation of reservoir A,compensation policies,standards,capital management modes and methods were discussed.Combined with the related national policies,some suggestions to solve the problems were put forward: compensation standards should be same in the same reservoir,the determination of compensation standards should tend towards market,the management of compensation capital should be formal,and the compensation method should be a long-term one.
