摘要
目的:研究经导管肝动脉化学栓塞术(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌前后肝功能的变化。方法:对60例肝癌病人,于介入前后测肝功能进行分析。结果:介入治疗引起肝功能损害加重,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:介入治疗引起肝功能损害加重,对患者的影响应引起重视,须加强预防及治疗。
Objective To study the changes of the liver function by the treatment of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE） for primary carcinoma of liver. Method To measure and analyze the alteration of liver function before and after TACE in sixty patients with primary carcinoma of liver. Result TACE caused the worse hepatic lesion. Significant differences were found before and after TACE （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion The liver function of patients with primary carcinoma of liver becomes worse after TACE. More attention should be paid to the effect of TACE on patients, the prevention and therapy.
