支气管哮喘气道上皮细胞损伤与抗损伤机制

The mechanism of injury and anti-injury of airway epithelium in bronchial asthma

摘要 气道上皮细胞是气道的第一道细胞屏障,因此,气道上皮细胞形态及功能的完整性与许多慢性炎症性呼吸道疾病的发生发展密切相关。支气管哮喘(哮喘)的慢性气道炎症产生的众多炎症介质、细胞因子和气道重建均对气道上皮细胞产生影响,进而又反作用于哮喘,加速病情发展;同时气道上皮细胞内存在自我保护机制,以抵抗外界的损伤。对气道上皮细胞在哮喘中损伤与抗损伤机制的研究,有望使其成为预防、控制哮喘的新靶点。
