摘要
目的探讨血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)与慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)早期肾损伤的关系。方法对44例CHB患者用双抗体夹心ELISA法和放射免疫法测定血清TGF-β1、HGF和尿α1微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿微量白蛋白(mALB)水平;20例健康人做对照。结果44例CHB中早期肾损伤24例,无肾损伤20例;CHB患者血清TGF-β1、HGF高于对照组(P<0.01);早期肾损伤者血清TGF-β1、HGF明显高于无肾损伤者(P<0.01);且血清TGF-β1、HGF与早期肾损伤指标:尿α1-MG、mALB水平成正相关(r分别=0.718,0.683,0.664,0.637)。结论CHB早期肾损伤患者血清TGF-β1、HGF均升高,可能是机体损伤与抗损伤反馈调节所致。
Objective To investigate the role of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in the pathogenesis of early renal impairment in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods The serum levels of TGF-β_1 and HGF in 44 patients with CHB and 20 healthy subjects were measured by specific-ELISA, and the urine levels of α_1-microglobulin (α_1-MG)and microalbumin (mALB) were tested by RIA. Results The serum levels of TGF-β_1 and HGF in patients with CHB significantly higher than those in healthy subjects(P<0.01). The serum levels of TGF-β_1 and HGF in patients with early renal impairment were higher than those without renal impairment (P<0.01), and positively correlated with the urine α_1-MG and mALB levels (r=0,718, 0.683, 0.664, 0.637, respectively). Conclusion The high levels of TGF-β_1 and HGF in CHB patients with early renal impairment are supposed to be the result of a feedback mechanism of the body in injury and anti-injury processes
