三七种子脂溶性化学成分的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究五加科人参属植物三七Panax notoginseng(Burk)F.H.Chen种子中的化学成分。方法利用大孔吸附树脂柱、硅胶柱、RP-8和RP-18柱进行化合物的分离纯化,根据其理化性质和光谱数据进行鉴定结构。结果从三七种中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:人参炔醇①,β-谷甾醇②,胡萝卜苷③,三棕榈酸甘油酯④,羽扇豆醇⑤、16β-羟基羽扇豆醇⑥,山奈酚⑦。结论化合物1为首次从三七种子中分离得到,化合物④为首次从三七植物分离得到。 Objective To study constituents were isolated and purified the basis of special analysis and physi the chemical constituents from seeds of Panax notoginseng. Methods The by various chromatogragraphic methods. All compounds were identified on cochemical characters. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the 80% alcohol extract of the seed and their structures were identified as panaxynol (1)β-sitosterol (2) , daucossterol (3)tripalmitin (4) lupeol (5) β-hydroxy lupeol (6) kaempferol (7) Conclusion Compound I was isolated from seeds of Panax notoginseng for the first time, and compound Ⅶ- Ⅷ were isolated from plant of Panax notoginseng for the first time.
