大鼠脑蛋白合成率的年龄差异

Age Differences In Brain Protein Synthesis Rate of Rats

摘要 实验运用在体同位素示踪和多聚核糖体分析方法,分别测定了1月龄、6月龄、15月龄和27月龄四个年龄组大鼠的全脑及六个不同脑区蛋白质的合成率。实验结果表明1月龄大鼠全脑蛋白平均合成率为0.92%/小时,与其相比,6月龄大鼠下降了52%,15月龄大鼠下降了62%,27月龄大鼠下降了 66%。中脑,脑桥延髓,基底神经节的蛋白合成率下降较快,而海马。皮层,下丘脑则下降较慢。随年龄增长,脑内多聚核糖体含量逐渐下降。实验揭示了脑蛋白成率随年龄增长出现的变化具有一定的规律,这种变化在各脑区具有差别。 The brain protein synthesis rate of rats decreased quickly after born, but it isnot well known what happened in young, midage, and old animals, this experimentmeasured the protein synthesis rate of whole brain and six different brain regionsrespectively in rats of different ages of 1, 6, 15, 27months. The profiles of brainpolyribosomes were also analyzed. The proteinsynthesis rate of rats of 1 month oldwas 0.92% per hour, compared with this, the rate in the 6 months old ratsdecreased52%, that of the 15months old rats decreased 62%, and the 27months old ratsdecreased 66%. The midbrain, pons-oblongata, basic ganglca decreased morequickly with age than cortex, hippcampus, and hypothalamus. This profiles ofbrain polyribosomes decreased gradually with the age.
