摘要
微生物降解甾醇侧链得到的产物雄甾4-烯-3,20-二酮(AD)和雄甾l,4-二烯-3,l7-二酮(ADD),是多数甾类药物的中间体,有着广阔的发展前景。本文在500L发酵罐的中试规模上,对分枝杆菌降解(Mycobacterium SP MB 3683)大豆甾醇侧链至AD的种子pH、移种时机及发酵过程pH控制进行了初步研究,结果表明:在投料浓度2%,转化时间96h的条件下,AD的含量达1.153%,转化率为57.6%。
The degradation of the side-chain cleavage of stigmosterol to androsta-1-diene- 3,17-dione (AD) and androsta-1-diene-3,17-dione (ADD) in pilot-plant scale, which by mycobacterium was described in this paper. The steroid is a kind of structure which has been important function medicine intermediate. The result shows that content of AD is 1.15 %, conversion rate is approximately 57.6% under the condition of feed concentration 2%, transformation 96h.
