摘要
在活化剂柠檬酸存在下 ,基于 V4+对氯酸钾氧化罗丹明 B褪色反应的催化作用 ,找到了使灵敏度最高的最佳吸收波长、酸加入量、氯酸钾用量、柠檬酸用量和最佳反应时间 ,做出了工作曲线。经实验测定十几种干扰离子均无影响 ,其可测范围为 0 .0 5~ 0 .2 0 μg/2 5m L。检测限为 0 .0 5μg/m L,经催化剂样品分析表明 ,该法的相对误差都小于 5%。
Under the present of CA, V 4+ played a role of a catalyst for the decolurization of KClO 3 oxiding RDB. Optimum conditions(Wavelenth, Volume of acide, usage of KClO 3 and CA, reaction time) had been established. The working curve had been worked out. Experiments proved that more than 10 kinds of irons do not effect on determination. The determination range and detetion limit were 0.05~0.20 μg/25 mL and 0.05 μg/mL. The relative error of samples determination was less than 5%. The reaction mechanism had been investigated.
