摘要
中苏关系是20世纪最重要的双边关系之一,中苏同盟则是中苏关系史上的最重要问题。随着双方档案的解密和陆续开放以及相关文献资料的整理、出版,学术界关于中苏同盟条约的签订及其影响、中苏同盟破裂原因的宏观探讨和微观考察均取得重大进展。这些成果或可引起对某些中苏关系史的重要结论乃至新中国外交史中一些重大理论问题的反思。
The Sino-Soviet Alliance was the pivotal point in the Sino-Soviet relations,one of the most important bilateral relations in the 20th century.With the declassification of files in both China and Russia,and the publication of related materials,important progress has been made in scholarly research on the signing of the Treaty and its impacts.And the causes of the Sino-Soviet split have been examined in greater depth at both macro-and micro-levels.The new findings may lead to important conclusions concerning the Sino-Soviet relations,and to our rethinking some major theoretic issues of foreign affairs in the New China.
