蚕丝纤维降低香烟主流烟气中醛类物质含量的效果 被引量:4

Effect of silk fibers in lowering the content of aldehydes in the smoke mainly from lit cigarettes

摘要 为研究蚕丝纤维吸附过滤香烟主流烟气中醛类物质的效果,用蚕丝纤维制备香烟过滤嘴,然后通过模拟吸烟和收集主流烟气,用比色法测定香烟主流烟气中醛类物质的含量和过滤嘴吸附的醛类物质的量。研究结果表明:过滤嘴的蚕丝纤维填充密度越大,主流烟气中醛类物质的含量越低,过滤嘴丙酮浸出液中的醛类物质含量越高,说明蚕丝纤维在吸附过滤香烟主流烟气中醛类物质方面具有非常明显的效果。 To investigate the effect of silk fibers in adsorbing and filtering aldehydes in the smoke mainly from the lit cigarettes,silk fiber filter tips were prepared.Through the simulated smoking,mainstream smoke was collected,and the contents of aldehydes in mainstream smoke,and the amount of aldehydes adsorbed by silk fibers in filter tips were determined with colorimetry.Results indicate that,the larger the filling density of silk fiber filter tips,the lower the content of aldehydes in mainstream smoke of cigarettes,at the same time,the higher the amount of aldehydes adsorbed by silk fibers in filter tip.Silk fibers perform excellently in lowering the content of aldehydes in the smoke mainly from lit cigaretts.
